Enjoy a Galaxy of Good Health

    May 23, 2016

We look up at the night sky in wonder. With the naked eye, we see the big dipper, meteors blazing across our field of vision, and the glorious blue-green curtains of the Aurora Borealis.

But there is so much more. With binoculars, a single star turns into a double; with a telescope, far-off galaxies become visible.
Without the proper instruments, and the knowledge to use them, all these wonders remain hidden.

Our spinal health is like that: with the proper instruments, in the hands of a skilful practitioner, much is revealed.

Silent Killers and Your Best Defense

    May 16, 2016
Many adults suffer from hypertension, also known as high blood pressure. The problem is, hypertension is mostly symptom-free. That’s why it’s called the “silent killer” – many don’t even know they have it.

Similarly, more than 80% of patients with phase one subluxations don’t know they have them because there may be no pain or change in their range of motion. Just like hypertension, their spinal problems are silent, but no less real. And just like hypertension, leaving subluxations untreated can lead to serious health risks.

    World's Hardest Job...Mom

    May 2, 2016

Moms are 24/7.  It's truly the world's hardest job, but we like to believe the most rewarding as well.

Mother’s Day is around the corner. As we celebrate Mother’s Day, we celebrate all the things mothers do to care for their families, every single day. But when you think about it, a mom is a mom every day of the year, 24/7. Even when her kids are grown, moms still care about and think of their children.

    Spring Cleaning

    April 25, 2016
Just as the earth’s spring cleaning naturally washes away the winter debris from our city streets, so too should we consider our own spring clean-up after the long, dark winter days.

With chiropractic care, your chiropractor can help you rid your body of the accumulated stresses of winter by gently re-aligning your spine. With less activity over the cold winter months, poor spinal alignment can result. Just as the snowbanks reveal the accumulated garbage that’s been covered up under layers of snowfalls, we may have accumulated physical, chemical, mental and emotional debris over the long winter.

Spring: A Time for New Growth

    April 18, 2016

Early spring flowers are a reminder that life is ever-renewing. Snowdrops, crocuses, and blooming tulips are a sign of hope, as Creation is working as it’s designed to do.

As natural as spring, our bodies are designed to create new life each and every day. Old cells are replaced by new ones. Injuries heal. Oxygen is circulated with every heartbeat and every breath we take, and all of it is controlled by our nerve system. We are an awesome example of Creation’s functioning, every single day.
